1. Precautions for reflow soldering operation
1. The reflow oven must fully reach the set temperature (green light is on) before soldering can start;
2. During the reflow soldering process, the temperature change of each temperature zone is often observed, and the variation range is ±1℃ (according to the reflow oven);
3. When an abnormal situation occurs in the production of smt reflow soldering, the machine should be shut down immediately;
4. The size of the substrate should not be larger than the width of the conveyor belt, otherwise it is prone to card board accidents;
5. Before reflow soldering, it is necessary to take protective measures (shielding) or not reflow soldering for components that cannot withstand the normal soldering temperature according to the provisions of the process documents or the component packaging instructions. Use manual soldering or post soldering with a soldering robot;
6. During the reflow soldering process, strictly prevent the conveyor belt from vibrating, otherwise it will cause the displacement of the components and the disturbance of the solder joints.
7. Regularly measure the exhaust air volume at the air outlet of the reflow soldering furnace. The exhaust air volume directly affects the soldering temperature.

① If there is a board jam, do not send the board into the furnace again.
② Open the furnace cover and take out the plate.
③ Find out the cause and take measures.
④ After the temperature reaches the requirement, continue welding.
2. Reflow soldering alarm
If an alarm occurs, stop welding, check the cause of the alarm, and deal with it in time.
3. Sudden power failure during reflow soldering
① In the event of a power failure, do not feed the plates into the furnace again. Due to the support of each power supply after the UPS, the conveyor belt or guide rail will continue to run. After the surface assembly board runs to the furnace mouth and all the surface assembly boards are connected out, open the furnace cover and cool down before stopping the machine.
② In unexpected situations, such as UPS failure, use a trap to clamp the motor shaft at the exit to rotate it, and transfer the PCB from the furnace as soon as possible.
